1. Our child safety standard

Elysiachat Technologies prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Elysia Chat. This standard covers accounts, AI conversations, prompts, characters, profiles, uploads, shared content, and conduct involving the service. A child is any person under 18. Elysia Chat is intended for adults aged 18 and above; an adult-only service still has a duty to protect children.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not create, request, possess through the service, upload, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that depicts or sexualizes a child. The prohibition includes real, fictional, AI-generated, digitally altered, and age-ambiguous depictions presented as minors. Claims that content is fictional or that a child has consented do not make it acceptable.

Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, sexual exploitation, arranging sexual contact with children, and attempts to obtain or exchange exploitative material are prohibited. Do not use a character, prompt, euphemism, link, or altered image to evade this standard.

3. Report a concern

Send child safety concerns to support@elysiachat.com with the subject “Elysia Chat — child safety”. This mailbox is the designated contact route for users, authorities, and platform safety inquiries, including Google Play inquiries. Include the relevant account, character, message or conversation identifier, approximate time, and a brief description if available. In-app reporting tools may also be used where available.

Do not download, attach, forward, or reproduce suspected CSAM to make a report. Identifiers and a description are sufficient to begin an investigation. If a child faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child protection authority.

4. Review and protective action

We assess child safety reports and relevant evidence, and take action appropriate to the risk. Actions may include restricting access to content, removing prohibited material, suspending or terminating accounts, and addressing attempted circumvention. We may preserve limited evidence when legally necessary and refer suspected offenses to the appropriate authorities. We do not promise a fixed response time or that every violation will be detected automatically.

5. Cooperation with authorities

Where required by applicable law, we report confirmed or suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the competent reporting body or law enforcement agency, which may include NCMEC where applicable. We cooperate with lawful investigations while limiting disclosures to what is necessary and permitted. Users should not undertake their own investigation or contact a suspected offender.

6. Privacy and reporting in good faith

Reports are handled with attention to privacy and safety. We cannot guarantee anonymity where disclosure is required by law. Do not include unnecessary personal details about a child. Good-faith reports are welcome even when you are unsure; malicious or deliberately false reports can lead to action under our Terms of Use.

7. Review of account actions

If you believe your account or content was restricted in error, email support with your account identifier and an explanation. Do not resend suspected exploitative material as part of an appeal. Review does not require us to restore unlawful material or disclose sensitive investigative details.

8. Updates and safety contact

We review this standard as the service and safety requirements evolve. The current version is published here and linked from our website. Elysiachat Technologies can be reached at support@elysiachat.com for child safety concerns, regulatory inquiries, and questions about this policy.
